5. Counter-Notification

6. Repeat Infringers

JFlix has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

7. Credits to Content Owners

JFlix acknowledges that all content available through our platform belongs to their respective copyright owners. We do not claim ownership of any content displayed on our platform.

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and content displayed on JFlix are the property of their respective owners. We respect the intellectual property rights of all content creators and distributors.
